<p>Meta (formerly known as Facebook) has apparently been struggling to attract people to its social virtual reality (VR) platform called &quot;Horizon Worlds&quot;&nbsp;which is its largest wager to realise its $10 billion metaverse ambition. Internal documents show that the company is battling &quot;glitchy technology, indifferent customers, and a lack of clarity about what it will take to succeed&quot; a year after Meta&#39;s founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed his metaverse initiative.</p>
