Hugging Face Launches $100 3D-Printed Robotic Arm to Democratize AI Robotics

Hugging Face has unveiled the SO-101, a programmable, 3D-printed robotic arm starting at $100, aimed at making AI-powered robotics accessible to hobbyists and researchers. Developed in collaboration with The Robot Studio, WowRobo, Seeed Studio, and PartaBot, the SO-101 features enhanced motors for improved performance and supports reinforcement learning for task training. This launch aligns with Hugging Face's broader robotics expansion, including its recent acquisition of Pollen Robotics. ​
