Cyient Appoints Sukamal Banerjee as CEO Following Leadership Change

Engineering solutions firm Cyient has named Sukamal Banerjee as Executive Director and CEO of its Digital, Engineering, and Technology (DET) business, effective February 19, 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of former CEO Karthikeyan Natarajan last month after a 28.3% decline in third-quarter profits. Banerjee, previously CEO of Xoriant and a 27-year veteran of HCLTech, brings extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors.
