Infosys Reduces Q3 Performance Bonuses Ahead of Upcoming Pay Hikes

Infosys has announced an average performance bonus of 80% for the third quarter ending December 2024, marking a 5-10 percentage point decrease from the previous quarter. This adjustment affects employees across delivery and sales units, who constitute the majority of the company's 323,000-strong workforce. Despite robust financial results, Infosys plans to implement annual pay hikes by March 2025.
