Qualcomm to invest $100M in the metaverse industry

<p>Qualcomm&#39;s venture into the metaverse has continued with the launch of a $100 million fund to support developers and firms working on extended reality (XR) experiences, as well as related AR and AI technology. The fund will be a combination of venture investments by Qualcomm Ventures and Qualcomm Technologies&#39; grant program. President CEO, Cristiano Amon said that through this fund they want to empower developers to push beyond the possibilities.&nbsp;</p>
