AirAsia implementing RPA, AI, to increase productivity and revenue

<p>Airlines group AirAsia is implementing RPA to increase productivity, revenue, cost-saving and to reduce errors. The deployment is done in collaboration with Silicon Valley and India-based JIFFY.ai. It has already implemented end-to-end contactless facilities like contactless payment kiosks, contactless passport scanning and check-ins etc. JIFFY.ai&rsquo;s AI-enabled automation platform can offer intelligent doc scanning and analytics in a single solution.</p>
