Google announces a new AI Research Lab in Bengaluru

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Google at its event on Thursday announced that it is launching an AI Research Centre in Bengaluru. The centre called Google Research India will focus on advancing fundamental computer science research to develop tools that can be used by government and private entries. The slew of new initiatives in India also includes a tie-up with state-run BSNL for expanding Wi-Fi hotspots in villages in Gujarat, Bihar, and Maharashtra said senior official at Google in a statement.</span></span></span></p>
