<p>For quite some time, there was a threat that AI and robotics will wipe certain jobs and skillsets. The latest report from ZDNet has turned this threat into reality by stating that Air Asia has shut down its voice call centres. The airline company believes that the future of customer experience lies in messaging and voice-based AI. So, they have launched a chatbot called Ava, which will now handle the responsibilities that were earlier handled by the nine voice call centres.</p>
