How Practo is using AI and APIs in customer service

<p>Practo uses customers’ previous searches, feedback etc as data sets to predict their needs. To remove biases in ML algorithms, Practo started creating data sets manually which are now developed by automated systems, helping its ML models to predict accurate and unbiased customer needs. It uses API for 24X7 online appointment booking for patients. In case of a patient’s no show, APIs also manage doctor’s appointments accordingly in real-time.</p>
