IBM's AI-powered Watson to help front-line medical staff of COVID-19 

<p>ICMR has deployed IBM&#39;s AI-powered Watson virtual assistant to assist front-line staff and data entry operators on their queries on COVID-19. The service can be accessed only to the authorised personnel involved in sample collection and testing. The queries, both in Hindi or English, could be related to data captured by test labs, test kit inventory recording, reporting process, latest guidance, and general queries. It can also help with on-boarding new staff.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
