ICICI Lombard focuses on voice AI; Contact center costs are expected to go down by as much as 28%

<p>ICICI Lombard has partnered with Skit.ai, an AI-based SaaS speech automation platform, to start its voice AI journey. With the use of an AI-powered Digital Voice Agent, ICICI Lombard will be able to let consumers inquire about the status of their health and auto insurance claims. By connecting with ICICI Lombard's CRM platforms, the Skit.ai Augmented Voice Intelligence Platform will enhance interaction speed, accuracy, and ease.</p>
