Ratan Tata-backed Conversational AI startup Niki.ai's revenue grew by 1000%

<p>Conversational AI platform Niki.ai said its revenues have grown by 1,000% in the current FY. The Ratan Tata-backed startup has used voice-based commerce for driving growth in small towns and has served more than 1.5 mn people through its app last year. It said that the avg spends are increasing considerably. &ldquo;Our user base increased by 220% in 2020 and will go up further as we expand into more geographies in 2021,&rdquo; Niki.ai CEO Sachin Jaiswal.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
