UN Chief urges moratorium on AI use that infringes on basic human rights

<p>The United Nations chief is calling on a moratorium on the use of artificial intelligence that poses a serious threat to human rights. Such technologies, like face scanning, social scoring etc, can have negative and catastrophic impacts, said Michelle Bachelet, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
