Infosys Accuses Cognizant and CEO of Trade Secret Misuse

Infosys has filed a counterclaim against Cognizant and its CEO, Ravi Kumar S, alleging anti-competitive practices and misuse of trade secrets to impede the development of its healthcare platform, Infosys Helix. The lawsuit claims Kumar, a former Infosys executive, delayed Helix's launch by withholding resources. This legal action follows an earlier lawsuit by Cognizant's subsidiary accusing Infosys of trade secret theft.
