A smart campus trial at a Singapore university will use IoT, 5G

<p>The National University of Singapore plans to conduct a two-year trial to test the use of IoT technologies in order to better manage its campus. Drones and patrol robots, for example, might be used in live experiments to improve safety and speed up response times. StarHub, a local telco, has been enlisted to provide 5G and IoT services. The NUS campus has already been equipped with StarHub&#39;s 5G standalone services and a fully solar-powered outdoor Wi-Fi system.</p>
