Accenture report says only 12% firms availing AI to surpass their rivals

<p>Accenture, in a report, said that just 12% of firms that employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) are using it at a mature level to gain a significant competitive edge, while the remainder is still experimenting with the technology. Globally, IT firms have a significant AI maturity score of 54, which will moderately climb to 60 in 2024. The report puts the median AI maturity of firms at 36, highlighting significant opportunities to generate business value using AI.</p>
