Adobe adds new experimental options to Customer Journey Analytics
<p>Customer Journey Analytics, a tool for tracking customers across platforms that is part of Adobe's Experience Cloud portfolio, has been updated with a number of new features. One of them is the new experimentation feature in Experience Analytics to help businesses better understand how even tiny changes can affect a customer's overall journey across their multiple properties. This feature allows businesses to test real-world scenarios and analyze the outcomes.</p>
