AIIMS Server Down: Chinese Hackers Suspected; Services Switched to Manual Mode

<p>Huge ransomware attack has hit&nbsp;the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Since 7 a.m. on Wednesday, the country&#39;s healthcare institution&#39;s digital services have been unavailable (November 23). The Delhi Police has opened an investigation into cyber terrorism and extortion. The FIR was filed at the IFSO, special cell, under sections 66F (cyber terrorism) and 66 (computer linked fraud).</p>
