BMW provides details on upcoming 7 series sedan, i7 EV

<p>BMW is prepping the release of the next generation of 7 series sedan as well as the i7 electric sedan. BMW&rsquo;s CTO Frank Weber said that the i7 is the most powerful electric vehicle they make with automatic doors among a long list of things. Weber also appreciated the flexible nature of their team which helped them to cope with supply chain issues. He added that they were expecting the chip shortage to end in the second half of 2022 but they now predict it will last for the whole year.</p>
