China Opens New Big Data Centre in Lhasa
<p>Chinese government has established a new big data operations centre in Lhasa. Analysts and human rights experts are concerned about this move since it could be used to monitor or increase police of the local community. The big data centre, which opened last month, is said to be the first of its kind in the region and a move toward big data integration and application sharing, according to China Daily which include, border prosperity, market supervision, social governance.</p>
