Chip shortages are expected to last until H2 of 2022: US Department of Commerce

<p>In September 2021, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather data on the ongoing global chip shortage. The world is currently experiencing a chip drought due to a variety of factors, according to the findings of the RFI. Regrettably, all evidence suggests that these factors will persist, at least until the second half of 2022.</p>
