Google Maps will let users choose fuel type of car to show eco-friendly route

<p>Google has announced an eco-friendly route feature that includes choosing which type of fuel your car runs on and based on it, the route is shown to minimise fuel consumption. This feature has been in use in US and Canada since last year and soon this feature is introduced in nearly 40 European countries. With this, the most accurate route and the time estimated to reach are shown. With this initiative, Google aims to reduce fuel consumption and improve its features.</p>
