Google to stop providing free WhatsApp storage

<p>Google will soon start charging money for WhatsApp file storage on Google Drive according to a report by WABetaInfo. The amount still remains undecided. WhatsApp is expected to ship out an update to notify users when they are about to near the cloud storage limit. WhatsApp backup is stored in the Google Drive, in which 15GB of free storage is available to users. On iOS devices, backup is stored on iCloud which comes with 5GB for every Apple ID.</p>
