Government Urges Media Platform and TV channels Not to Run Ads for Offshore Betting Sites

<p>&nbsp;The government issued two separate pieces of advice encouraging commercial television networks and news websites to stop airing direct and indirect promotions for online betting services. The ministry added in a statement that the cautions were supported by evidence that included direct and proximate ads for offshore betting platforms like Fairplay, PariMatch, Betway, Wolf 777, and 1xBet. The advisory came in response to the financial risks, especially among youth.</p>
