Hong Kong University of Science and Technology will build campus in metaverse

<p>The first physical-digital twin campuses will be created in the metaverse, according to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Physical infrastructure for the metaverse campus, including VR classes, sensors, cameras, and visualization tools, will be deployed first. Students will be able to attend the same lecture simultaneously in two parallel physical venues because of the digital classroom established.</p>
