Indian Government's ONDC Aims to Help Small Retailers Compete Against Large e-commerce Companies

<p>Union Minister Piyush Goyal has announced that the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) will assist small retailers to withstand the competition from large e-commerce companies. The ONDC will enable small retailers to access a larger customer base and provide a level playing field. Goyal also stated that the ONDC would be beneficial for consumers by offering a wider variety of products and better prices.</p>
