Lack of IT Talent and Online Recruitment Increase Number of Fake CVs

<p>&nbsp;Numerous people used fake resumes and experience letters to get hired, but as more background checks are being completed, a lot of these are coming to light, and those applicants are being turned away. Accenture India reported that it had found attempts to gain employment offers from Accenture in India using credentials and letters of recommendation from shady businesses. The company said that it has been taking actions to ensure quality&nbsp;service to their client.</p>
