Microsoft delays launch of Windows 10x on new dual-screen devices 

<p>Panos Panay, Microsoft&#39;s CPO for Windows and devices in a blog post confirmed that Windows 10x will arrive first on more traditional single-screen devices. He said that the world has completely changed since last October when Microsoft&nbsp;shared vision for a new category of dual-screen Windows devices. Panay,&nbsp;however, said that they are waiting for the &quot;right moment, in conjunction with OEM partners, to bring dual-screen devices to market&quot;.</p>
