Microsoft Receives EU Antitrust Lawsuit For its Cloud Computing Methods

<p>Microsoft faces a new antitrust case over its cloud computing operation by the trade association CISPE. The new contractual terms that Microsoft set along with other moves, as per CISPE, are irrevocably harming the European cloud computing ecosystem. It stated that Microsoft engaged in anti-competitive activity like discriminatory product bundling and self-preference pricing, and customer lock-in on both technical and competitive level.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
