PhonePe to Launch Android App Store in India, aims to strengthen its position in India's growing digital ecosystem. The new app store will offer popular apps across different categories including finance, gaming, food delivery, education, health, and fitness, among others. PhonePe plans to leverage its existing user base of over 300 million to drive adoption of the new app store. The move is also expected to intensify the competition between PhonePe.
