Survey Reveals Nearly Half of Employees Lose Productivity Dealing with IT Issues

<p>Nearly half of the employees spend up to 5 hours a week dealing with IT issues, causing productivity loss, according to a new survey. The survey found that 49% of employees spend time dealing with IT issues, with 20% spending up to 5 hours a week. The survey also found that IT problems such as computer crashes, slow devices, and software issues were the most common IT problems employees face.&nbsp;</p>
