<p>The team at Byju’s has managed to scale the application to accommodate 50M, new users, during the first eight months of the pandemic alone. As stated by Jyothi Kasinath, AVP User Experience, Byju’s collaborated with Salesforce to make use of CRM platform. This enabled them to deliver high-quality content while still having complete visibility of students’ learning paths. She added that they have categorized their users using the CRM to create users’ personas.</p>
