Wing Unveils Remote Operations Centre For Drone Delivery

<p dir="ltr">Delivery-by-drone company Wing has opened a new remote operations center in Texas. Remote monitoring of drones is like watching a Google Maps overview with GPS location dots and telemetry data. Fully charged, they&#39;re capable of flying a 12-mile round trip carrying a payload of about three pounds. The drones wirelessly charge on the pads, run self-diagnostics, and send the info. The company has seen most of its success in Australia but plans to expand into Finland and Ireland.</p>
