Wipro completes acquisition of US-based ITI

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">IT giant Wipro has completed its acquisition with US-based International TechneGroup Incorporated (ITI) on October 3, 2019. In June this year, Wipro announced that it will acquire ITI to provide computer-aided design and product lifecycle management services for USD 45 million. Wipro also stated that the acquisition would allow the Bengaluru-based companies to offer end-to-end solutions in digital engineering and manufacturing.</span></span></span></p>
