67% Of The European Women In IT Feel Underpaid As Compared To Men

<p>On International Equal Pay Day last month, the International Labour Organization (ILO) found that women worldwide are paid around 20% less than males. This salary disparity is considerably worse for Black and Hispanic women, with Black women earning nearly 63% less than white males and Hispanic or Latina women earning 57.3% less. This apparent sexism is more in the IT sector. Over 67% of women believe they have been paid unjustly in comparison to their male colleagues.</p>
