Accenture Promoted 60k people In India During FY2022 As Demand For Talent Increased

<p>As per sources, Accenture promoted over 60,000 employees in India out of the 157,000 promotions it distributed globally during the 2022 fiscal year. In India, Accenture employs more than 3 lakh people. As the battle for tech talent reached its peak last year for Indian IT services organisations, the number of promotions rose significantly. Accenture increased their staff base by 100k during the course of the 2022 fiscal year, bringing it to 7.2 lakh.</p>
