Ashneer Grover claims investigation against him illegal, files arbitration plea in SIAC

The source explains that, according to Grover, the A&amp;M report and preliminary investigation violates shareholder agreement. Despite several objections, Grover said that BharatPe purposefully kept the review and assessment by the review committee secret, denying him the opportunity to submit his case.</p>
