Biden names two new White House technology policymakers

<p>This week, US President Joe Biden announced two new appointments to White House positions in the field of technology policy. Dr. Alondra Nelson will be the director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), and Dr. Francis Collins will be the President&#39;s science advisor.
