Cognizant CMD reveals that company will hire 50,000 people from campuses

<p>Rajesh Nambiar, chairman and Managing Director of Cognizant India, has revealed plans to employ 50,000 people from campus placements. For comparison, the IT giant hired 33,000 freshers last year. This news comes after the company posted its highest-ever quarter. The fourth quarter of 2021 saw an increase of about 15% in revenue when compared to revenue in Q4 2020. Internal promotions will also be a part of their strategy.</p>
