Eaton India increases hiring of female engineers

<p>Power Management Company, Eaton has seen an upswing in hiring of female candidates across different departments. Out of the total campus recruits, 54% of them were female engineers. Director of Human Resources at Eaton, Ashish Kapoor said that they are aiming to make the firm an amazing place to work where each individual&rsquo;s uniqueness is valued. He added that their success is dependent on identifying and grooming diverse people with the brightest minds.</p>
