Fintech Argyle cuts jobs after raising $55M five months ago

<p>Argyle has terminated a number of employees from all areas. The company's personnel cut was confirmed by an official. The firm plans to treble its staff by the end of the year after raising $20 million in a Series A round in October 2020. More control over their data was something he intended to provide the staff. More than 500,000 American businesses, including 60% of the Fortune 500 and "near to 100% of gig workers," are served by Argyle.</p>
