G20: India Advocates For a Public Data Platform and Data Quality Indices

<p>Amitabh Kant, the Sherpa for India at the G20, made a compelling case to the attendees for organizations like the National Data Analytics Platform and the Data Governance Quality Index. He claimed that while government agencies had gigabytes of data, the majority of it was useless since it couldn&#39;t be analysed. According to Kant, the capacity to obtain high-quality data in real time and have it confirmed by outside parties will increase openness.</p>
