Google, Meta Have Been Reported of Putting Workers on 'Notice Period'

<p>Google and Facebook, according to reports, have been putting workers for 30 to 60 days notice period to find another job. With the economy in a slump, tech companies are aiming to downsize their workforce in order to minimize costs. In light of the current state of the economy, Zuckerberg stated that Meta wants to gradually reduce personnel expansion over the coming year. Similar to this, Google CEO Sundar Pichai intends to reduce jobs while increasing team productivity.</p>
