Hexaware appoints Rajeev Mehta as a non-executive chairman

<p>Hexaware Technologies had appointed Rajeev Kumar Mehta, former President at Cognizant Technology as a non-executive chairman replacing Atul Nishar, founder of the company who will continue as chairman emeritus. Mehta served Cognizant is various leadership positions including Group CEO-IT services, CEO-Industries and Markets and helped it become a $16 bn firm during his tenure. Hexaware was delisted from the stock exchanges in Nov 2020.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
