Influence of TikTok on children's mental health under investigation by US state

<p>A group of state attorneys general in the US has initiated an investigation into the impact TikTok has on children, teenagers, and young adults&#39; mental and physical health. The probe will look into TikTok&#39;s methods and practices for promoting youth involvement, such as increasing the duration of time spent on the platform and frequency of contact with the platform. They will check whether TikTok usage is harming young users and if TikTok was aware of those problems.</p>
