Infosys Raises Pay of Several of its Employees by Up to 25% 

<p>Infosys said that for second quarter of current fiscal year, its consolidated net profit increased by 11.1% year over year to Rs 6,021 crore. Consequently, increase in pay of between 10 and 13 percent will be given to all of Infosys&#39; numerous employees, based on performance. Salary increases of 20&ndash;25% have been given to some of the best performers. The increment however were based on employee&#39;s grade, where senior management received low hike due to already high pay.&nbsp;</p>
