IT MNC Tata Consultancy Services struggles to bring employees back to office after WFH

<p>Around 80% of TCS&rsquo;s millennial employees are not keen on returning to work at the office after almost two years of working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the IT firm announced its plans to introduce its 25/25 rule, in which only 25% of its employees would need to be at the office and only for a quarter of the time by 2025. However, the company&rsquo;s wishes to bring back all employees before gradually introducing the rule have been largely unfulfilled.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
