Joanne Hannaford is new chief technology, operations officer of Credit Suisse

<p>Goldmann Sachs Joanne Hannaford has been hired to be the new Chief technology and operations officer at Credit Suisse wef Jan 1. The current officer James Walker is taking up a new role in the US for family reasons. Joanne has been hired at a time when Credit Suisse is facing a twin crisis. They have had to cut its proposed dividend, suspend a share buyback program and raise more than $2 bn in capital to shore up its finances.<br /> <br /> &nbsp;</p>
