Kotak hires Amazon exec to head user technology

<p>Bhavnish Lathia, a senior Amazon employee, has been named Kotak Mahindra Bank&#39;s head of customer experience. He will also be in charge of the consumer bank&#39;s technology in addition to his current duties. Lathia holds more than 40 patents in the fields of distributed computing, machine learning, e-commerce, and online services. He is anticipated to modernize the bank&#39;s client experience to keep up with cutting-edge internet companies.</p>
