Meta instructs staff not to discuss abortion, gun control, vaccines at work
<p>Employees at Meta were instructed not to discuss topics like abortion, gun control, proposed legislation, and vaccination efficacy. This comes after 11,000 jobs, or 13% of Meta's staff, were eliminated. According to Meta, the modifications are intended to "minimise interruption" and keep workers' attention. They also try to steer clear of talking about touchy subjects like politics and social reasons.</p>
